How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp with your booking confirmation number. We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

In case of extreme weather, natural events, or government restrictions, we offer full rescheduling at no charge.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours for safety reasons, with full refunds given.

Group bookings of 5+ people may have separate cancellation terms — please ask us.
