We use Razorpay to process payments. We never store your card details ā all payment data is handled securely by Razorpay.

If you create an account, we store your email and name to display your booking history.

Basic analytics data (page views, session info) via Vercel Analytics. No personal data is stored in analytics.
How We Use Your Information
To confirm and manage your tour booking.
To send your booking confirmation email with all tour details.
To contact you via WhatsApp before the tour with meeting point and instructions.
To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
To process payments and issue refunds when applicable.
We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Your booking information is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure in the Sydney, Australia region). Images are stored on Cloudinary servers. Emails are sent via Resend. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
